Privacy policy
This policy explains what happens to your information on Trades CRM Guide. The site is run by Sebastián Caniulao through Spark Agency Group LLC (“I”, “me”).

What I collect
- What you type in the quote form: name, work email, company, ZIP code, phone number if you give one, and your answers about your current setup.
- How you found the page: the page you were on, the referring site and campaign tags (for example utm_source) if the link had them.
- Consent records: if you check the box that allows calls and texts, I keep the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, your IP address and browser type, as proof of consent.
- Analytics, only if they are turned on: pages visited, clicks and general device information through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. These tools use cookies. You can opt out below.
How I use it
- To answer your request, prepare a comparison and send you quotes.
- To follow up about that request by email, and by phone or text only if you gave consent.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
Who I share it with
- The providers I’m comparing for you, and the distributor I work through, so they can check availability and price your service. I only do this after you ask for a quote.
- Service providers that run this site: hosting (Cloudflare), form delivery and email tools. They process data on my behalf.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
I don’t sell your information to data brokers or marketing lists. Under some state privacy laws, sharing your details with providers who may later pay me could be treated as a “sale” or “sharing”. You can ask me not to do it at any time; I’ll then answer you without sharing your details with providers.
Phone calls and text messages
I only call or text you about your request if you checked the consent box. Consent is not required to get a quote. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email me.
Your choices
- Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: email sebastian@thesparkagencies.com with the subject “Do not sell or share” and I’ll confirm within 15 business days. Your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal is honored automatically for analytics.
- Analytics cookies:
- Access, correction and deletion: email me and I’ll answer within 45 days. I may need to confirm it’s you.
These rights apply to everyone, not only residents of states with privacy laws such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or Texas.
How long I keep it
I keep lead information for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client or ask me to delete it sooner. Consent records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Where the data is processed
I work from Chile and the United States, and the tools I use may store data in other countries. I use providers that protect data in transit and at rest.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children and I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If I change this policy, I’ll update the date at the bottom of the page.
