About me
I’m Sebastián Caniulao, an independent technology advisor. I help plumbers, HVAC companies, landscapers and other local service businesses compare CRM and field service software for trades options, get quotes from more than one provider, and get the service set up without the usual back and forth.
What I do
- I listen to the problem first: what you have today, what is breaking or getting more expensive, and what deadline you are working against.
- I compare at least two providers that fit your situation, and I tell you when a provider I don’t work with is the better choice.
- I get the quotes, explain the differences in plain English, and help you through installation.
- After you sign, I stay as your contact if something goes wrong with the provider.
Who I am
I advise small and mid-sized businesses. My background is in digital marketing, e-commerce and software development.
I run Spark Agency Group LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, and Agencia Spark in Chile. I work with clients in the United States remotely, by video call, email and shared documents.
How I get paid

What I won’t do
- Invent reviews, case studies, client logos or statistics.
- Tell you a product makes you compliant with a law or a code. I explain what the rule says and who confirms it.
- Push you to switch when staying with what you have is the better deal.
